How wonderful to present a hundred bucks to someone who really needed it. From sacker to store manager: you were a go-getter, Jim. Nice media coverage, too.

Yeah, newspapers used to actually have some good news too. Unlike now. The media now is a different animal and I won't expand on that because it would be a 10,000 word rant. I'll simply say they're poisonous and I despise them. Thanks for reading, commenting and constant support. - Jim

The couple was overwhelmed. He was really struggling with a walker and she was sweetly embarrassed by all the attention. A hundred dollars was a lot of money back then and I could tell it meant a lot to them. Thanks so much for reading Marty. - Jim
