In regard to my writing lately, I’ve been mostly unproductive due to a very personal family situation. I have been in and out, up and down, like a crazed jack in the box. Inconsistent as hell. Hardly the recommended and practiced ‘constant visibility’ model for supposed success on Substack and I’ve paid for it in any measure you choose.

Even before my family emergency, I was losing touch with other writers I have great respect for and had gotten to know through interviews and private conversations. Similarly, long time readers were fading out and comments/likes were dropping. So be it. It is, what it is. Life is like that, priorities are like that, and I understand.

So, for those that still remain, a sincere thank you. Hopefully you already know how much I appreciate you. This is not a goodbye just a request for your continued patience. I’ll be back. My current series, Honey Trap will be finished. There will be new stories in the future.

In an effort to offer something to any new subscribers out there, I have linked a few stories below from my archives, which goes back over 2 years now. A varied selection, across different genres and maybe at least one of these might be of interest to a new reader.
